When, after five house moves in fourteen years, the couple spotted a large country house with lofty ceilings in a great location overlooking Kent countryside, they couldn't believe their luck. The former merchant’s house, with its high ceilings and imposing features, is set in an old fashioned terraced garden complete with exotic trees, wisteria and roses.
