Downsizing in Hong Kong enabled Graham and his artist wife Clare to create a new London home inspired by her quirky artist's eye for originality.'The flat I fell in love with was on the second floor of a large old Victorian mansion, overlooking trees with windows on three sides, ' says Clare and when she noticed two balconies, one outside the living room and the other leading off the master bedroom, there was no holding her back.
