A 19th Century cottage originally two separate dwellings which once served as a canal toll house. There is something enduringly romantic about living beside a canal especially when the waterway is as beautifully restored as the Kennet and Avon Canal which flows past the back garden of James and Judy's Grade II listed cottage in Somerset. You can never be bored living around here because there is always plenty of activity on the canal or along the tow path.
