Arranged around a secluded courtyard garden, Richard and Annabel's converted cow barns make the most of a fluid connection between inside and out. The same day Richard bought two empty cow barns in Gloucestershire, he celebrated the completed deal by taking Annabel, his new girlfriend, out to dinner, unaware she would one day become his wife. They both look back on that romantic first date with fond amazement.
