Sue and Andy found the perfect house to combine Andy's skills in building and renovating with Sue's skill in interior decoration. The result is a characterful take on the classic country style - complete with cosy textiles and antique furniture. It wasn’t so much the building’s instant appeal, as its potential that warmed Sue and Andy to The Quail House when they first viewed it in 2004. This was no modern build but in fact a barn conversion that dated back to the 1750s.
