Manuela and Giorgio's successful Rome renovation uses soft colours and shapes

This Rome apartment immediately struck a chord with architects Manuela and Giorgio, who began its renovation by creating an extra bedroom and bathroom. To enhance the 1930s feel of the house, an oak parquet floor in a herringbone pattern was chosen and a delicate paint job carried out which, between the existing arches and frames, punctuates the space in shades of white, powder blue and pink.
