A couple with twin boys live in a rustic log house in Canberra, Australia

Seeking fresh air and open space, Amanda and Brad spent two years looking for their ideal home. When they saw it they immediately knew it was meant to be theirs. It was a rustic log cottage with character, views and potential. The home was outdated and overgrown, but a manageable project. Making simple updates on a budget, today the property has the relaxing, easy feel for which this family was searching.
