Renovated four-storey home in Rotterdam

Damian Zarebski and Tom van Hal turned a would-be demolition site into a sleek modern home in the up-and-coming Katendrecht neighbourhood of Rotterdam. The couple bought the four storey property two years ago and turned it into a showcase home. When they purchased the house, it was in terrible shape. Built in the early 1900s, the home was made up of three separate apartments.
