Kate and Mike Armitage looked for a holiday escape and found a new home; FR

The couple had been living in London and wanted to find a small holiday house in the Dordogne. But instead, they fell in love with a ruin, originally from the 15th century that hadn't been lived in for at least fourty years. Despite the near complete rebuild, the interior of their new home still feels to have evolved over centuries, creating a stunning home.
