Ewelina & Jan's Berlin home in a former factory perfectly balances hard and soft

Inside an old Berlin factory, interior architect and artist Ewelina Makosa and designer Jan Garncarek have created a light-filled art studio. Their style draws from the timeless formula of pre-war houses, melded with characterful contemporary interiors. Colourful furnishings pop against the raw walls and floors, lit by plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows.
