When renovating this former workshop, Yann opted for a loft and industrial design, where raw materials interact with wooden elements shaped by Yann himself. The main challenge was bringing in natural light and creating four bedrooms, two offices and plenty of storage space - a challenge nicely met thanks to a skilful play on volumes.
